 Villas Macondo is in downtown Tamarindo central to activities and restaurants. The beach is a 3-5 minute walk. This small Costa Rica hotel in Tamarindo provides small clean apartments and rooms all in close proximity to each other surrounding a nice small pool. Rooms include hot water, private bathrooms, some with air conditioning, safe, and television. Each room provides the basic requirements for comfortable budget living. There is a well equipped central kitchen available for visitors to use. Two story apartment units have their own kitchen completely stocked with the necessary utensils. 
Each dwelling includes a hammock on the porch. The buildings are quite close together and the entire property is designed for those who enjoy their neighbors and are ready to visit and have company.The owners and the office staff of Villas Macondo are very nice, considerate people and are interested in making friends and want each visitor to enjoy their stay. Management speaks fluent Spanish, English, and German.
