Where is Costa Rica located? The Pacific ocean borders the western part of the country and the Caribbean borders the eastern side.
The interior of the country includes rugged mountain ranges, 110 volcanic craters including six active volcanos, numerous thundering rivers, and excellant lakes for windsurfing and boating.
